BRING BACK OUR SONICS

No-Li x Iconic Sonics

Spokane, WA - September 29, 2026 - No-Li and Iconic Sonics Team Up to Bring Back Our Sonics

From Spokane to Seattle, the whole state wants its championship team back in its rightful home. Washington has never stopped being a basketball state.

From Spokane to Seattle, generations of fans grew up with the Seattle SuperSonics, celebrating the team’s championship legacy, legendary players and the unforgettable moments that made basketball part of Washington’s identity.

Now, No-Li Brewhouse and Iconic Sonics are teaming up to celebrate that history and rally the state around one simple message: BRING BACK OUR SONICS.

The collaboration brings together No-Li’s Big Juicy and the fan-first voice of Iconic Sonics for a statewide celebration of the team, its fans and the championship legacy that continues to connect Washington basketball fans today.

Big Juicy, a beer born in Washington, will help carry the message from east to west, connecting two of the state’s biggest basketball communities through a shared love of the Sonics. This collaboration is a reminder that the Sonics have never belonged to just one neighborhood or one city. They belong to all of us.

The original SuperSonics won the NBA championship in 1979, establishing a legacy that remains deeply embedded in the state’s sports culture. More than four decades later, that championship history continues to live through the fans who kept wearing the colors, telling the stories and passing their love of the team down to the next generation.

BRING BACK OUR SONICS is more than a slogan for this collaboration. It is a rallying cry for the fans who never stopped believing that Seattle deserved an NBA team.

“Sonics basketball has always been bigger than the team itself,” said Danny Ball, host of Iconic Sonics. “It is the memories, the championship, the players, the fans and the feeling of being part of something that belongs to Seattle and Washington. Partnering with No-Li lets us take that message from east to west and celebrate the people who have kept the Sonics alive all these years.”

The collaboration will spread a mix of nostalgia and eager excitement through messaging to fans across Washington through Big Juicy and Iconic Sonics content and activations, celebrating the connection between the state’s basketball history and its passionate fan base.

Because championship banners may hang in the rafters, but championship memories live with the fans. From Spokane to Seattle. From 1979 to today and into the future. BRING BACK OUR SONICS.
