“The more I brew, the deeper my respect is for the brewing industry and its meticulous, hardworking brewers. The best brewers possess an in depth understanding of the brewing process, its history, the nuances of each ingredient, and the parameters of many styles. Then, they have the experience to bring all of the components together to create memorable beers. With my beers I want to take full advantage of brewing right here in the heart of the world’s best hop and malt growing regions. I want beers that are worthy of this amazing, pristine setting of the Inland Empire. And, I think the beers should reflect the honest living and roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic of Spokane.”

The Usual Suspects Our Year Round Brews

This big, bold copper-colored ale showcases Munich & Crystal malts to create a big supportive body on which we layer our favorite Washington hops. Chinook & Cascade provide citrus and piney flavors, while Northern Brewer adds a hint of mint. Dry-hopping with Cascade and Columbus increases the beer's hoppy aromas. Malt, hops and yeast-derived fruitiness combine to create our most complex offering.

Empire No. 8 Session IPA

Just as the Empire No. 8 rail-line brought people thirsty for adventure out West to Portland, Seattle and Spokane, this Spokane-Style session IPA brings people together for their adventures, big and small - casual get-togethers, tailgaiting fun, slope-side happy hours, and yardwork refreshments. This lower-alcohol, hop-forward beer's subtle nutty and honey malt backbone lets the grapefruit and lemon-citrus notes shine through.

Spin Cycle Red

An intriguing spin cycle of English, German and American brewing techniques, Spin Cycle Red is a celebration of the classic English-style ESB. The perfect balance of malt and hops create an enjoyable and quaffable red ale. Spin Cycle's specialty malts combine to provide an aroma of lightly toasted bread and caramel, while additions of American Noble hops add an herbal flavor for balance.

Formerly known as Crystal Bitter ESB, this beer has the same delicious, Great American Beer Festival 2012 Gold Medal-Winning beer inside, with a shiny, new bottle on the outside.

Jet_Star_Bottle_small.pngJET STAR IMPERIAL IPA

Remember that first thrill ride and mind-altering experience? Jet Star shatters your senses in a way not unlike a roller coaster. Brewed to showcase local, Washington-grown hops in all their glory, Jet Star's malt is intentionally subdued to allow the double-dosed hops from the late kettle hop additions and dry-hopping to take over the beer. Chinook and Cascade hops provide the classic citrus and pine aroma associated with big, bold American hops. It's one heck of a flashback!

8.1% ABV, 115 IBUs

Malt: Pale 2-Row, Carapils, Crystal
Hops: Columbus, Cascade, Chinook, Northern Brewer
Dry-Hopping: Chinook, Cascade

Available in 22 oz bombers, 12 oz bottle 4-packs, and on draft.

WRECKING BALL IMPERIAL STOUT Wrecking_Ball_Bottle_small.png

We pulled out all the stops on this big Imperial Stout. Five types of dark, roasted malt are added to this beer to give it a complex flavor of coffee, chocolate and brown sugar. That much maltiness requires plenty of hops for balance. Two large hop additions prevent the dark malt from totally dominating this monster of a beer.

9.5% ABV, 100 IBUs

Malt: Pale 2-row, Crystal, Chocolate, Roasted Barley, Special Roast, Black

Available in 22 oz bombers, 12 oz bottle 4-packs, and on draft.

Creme ales were originally brewed to compete with the growing popularity of pilsner-style lagers. Corn is added to the malt to lighten the body, while adding a unique rounded sweetness. Hops are at a minimum in this Norhwest-style lighter brew. Great for enjoying apres ski or apres-lawn-mowing. Cheers!

5.0% ABV, 22 IBUs

Malt: Pale 2-row, Flaked Corn
Hops: Cluster

Available on draft only.

You can just notice the Chocolate malt in this highly drinkable ale. As with Spin Cycle Red, hops and malt are in perfect balance. Our house yeast really has a chance to shine in this slightly fruity, quaffable lager-like ale.

5.0% ABV, 10 IBUs

Malt: Pale 2-Row, Crystal, Chocolate
Hops: Cluster, Liberty

Available on draft only.
